Children’s Yoga

Would you like likely help cultivate communication, focus and coping skills in your child’s life? We invite your child to participate in our children’s yoga class. Our class helps to support mind and body development in kids ages 4-8.

My name is Bhoomi devi and I have been teaching children’s yoga for 3 years now. Having began this journey with my daughter and then coming into teaching biweekly for kids 8 and under as well as festivals.

Using imagination and play in our practice is key for focus.
