Eri has been practicing Yogasana for over 10years. She stumbled upon it in college just to take a PE credit and fell in love. Since then she shares yoga with anyone who wants to try it, with a specific interest in those who think they can't or think they don't have the "right body" for yoga. "Finding peace and detachment from the false ideas we have about ourselves is my favorite benefit from yoga." Her other interests are permaculture gardening, eating, swimming, and eating.
