Kelly's yoga education began when her dance teacher started teaching it to her when she was eleven years old. Kelly has practiced yoga in the many places she has lived including California, Colorado and Canada. Each studio has taught her and broadened her depth and understanding of yoga and the yoga lifestyle. After going through yoga teacher training in Toronto, her teaching style has evolved into creating a practice that focuses on strength, proper alignment and mind/body connection. Aside from yoga, she enjoys dancing, travel, and being a mom to four boys.
