Kelly Small

Kelly's yoga education began when her dance teacher started teaching it to her when she was eleven years old.  Kelly has practiced yoga in the many places she has lived including California, Colorado and Canada.  Each studio has taught her and broadened her depth and understanding of yoga and the yoga lifestyle.  After going through yoga teacher training in Toronto, her teaching style has evolved into a vinyasa flow focusing on strength, proper alignment and mind/body connection. Aside from yoga, she enjoys nature, travel, and blogging about her adventures raising 4 boys.

I have been working in the Health Food world for 15 plus years(the last 10 years at Realfoods Market) and continue to enjoy the diversity of all who I meet and learn from in so many different ways.
