Vinyasa Flow Yoga

Our creative vinyasa flow yoga class is a freestyle Ashtanga practice. We pick and choose postures from all of the series of ashtanga yoga. There is a link between the breathe and movement and between the yoga asana in a flowing sequence. Each movement is synchronized to the breathe.

In a flow class you can usually expect to sweat your butt off. In vinyasa you simply learn to observe the sensations and thoughts that pass through your body and mind. This neutral observation process is meditation.

Flow yoga effectively promotes overall mental health, lowers stress, increases focus and concentration, and better sleep.
